I'm looking for a Record that I Don't See on Your Site?
  • Please contact us with any artists or titles that you don't, we have a lot of stock that isn't listed yet, and we might have exactly what you're looking for!! Contact Us
How Do You Grade Your Records?
  • All of our records are PLAY-GRADED. We clean each vinyl and play it, listening for skips, crackles, and pops; if we hear anything worth noting, it will be in the "Quality Description" listed under each record title. Marks on the vinyl itself that don't have an effect on the sound may or may not be noted (feel free to ask).
  • We also clean the album covers and place them into a protective sleeve before we ship them out to you. We'll note any record-ring, scuffing, marks, stickers, etc. in each item's description.
  • "Brand New" or "Sealed" means just that.
  • "NM" (near mint), or "EX" (excellent) means that the record plays clearly, and the album is free of major scuffing, spine breakthrough, etc. (a like new record might: have one or more seams partially broken on the inner sleeve, minor shelf-wear to the top or bottom edge, be a cut-out. Any of these issues will be noted.)
  • "VG+", or "VG" (very good) will just be slightly less perfect than NM or EX and all issues will be noted in the description.
  • "G" (good) will definitely have some issues, so read the notes carefully. The nice thing is that anything marked "G" will likely be available for a really good price!!
What is the Return Policy?
  • The Record Vision return policy is fairly fluid and based on the situation. We will make every effort to exceed expectations when it comes to customer satisfaction.
  • After receiving the item, please try to contact us within 14 days if there is something wrong with it or it is damaged during shipping.
  • Refunds will generally be given as store credit or exchange.
  • If a return is necessary, on defective or damaged products, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to you.
Can I Come in and Shop at Your Physical Store?
  • No, we do not have a physical store that's open to the public.
  • However, if you'd like to look through a selection of records, please contact us, we can arrange a time to meet with you with the records you're interested in.
